Dynamic Static Tricks and Transitions

Learn static tricks and transitions, including the dynamic transitions, flares and spin on static techniques. Learn how to connect them into combos in a clean way and record those impressive videos! This workshop will also include tumbles and dismounts.
Students must be able to invert, shoulder mount and butterfly to get the best out of this workshop.
Barefoot Pole Choreography
8th June 2024, 5pm – 6:30pm $50
Dance your afternoon away with a barefoot style pole dance choreography, that will get you right in your feels. We will focus on ways you can explore your own body movement patterns rather than just doing the movements. At the end of the class, the goal will be to make the choreographed piece yours by using your unique body movement style.
All levels welcome. Knee pads recommended.
