1. PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Participants confirm they are physically able to participate, accept all risks, will comply with Studio Rules, and will provide accurate information. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Participants accept it is their responsibility to inform their instructor of any injuries.

2. RISK AND LIABILITY

Participants understand the risks of physical activity, accept responsibility for personal belongings, and release IPAD (Infinity Pole Aerial Dance) from liability except in cases of negligence. Participants indemnify IPAD for damage caused by their own actions.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All lesson content and training material remain the intellectual property of IPAD.

4. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Participants must not disclose confidential or personal information unless permitted by law.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

IPAD may use participant images for marketing unless they opt out in writing. Participants must not photograph or film others without consent.

6. TERMINATION

IPAD may terminate this Agreement for breaches or cessation of services. Outstanding fees must be paid immediately.

7. GENERAL

This Agreement is the entire agreement between parties. Queensland law applies.
